Leave a
Legacy today, for the Kids of Tomorrow

Donations, labor, materials and people are needed to raise $1.2 million dollars to complete the expansion of the Optimist Youth Sports Complex, Boise's newest sports park. 100% of your tax-deductible donation will be applied towards completing Phase 2 construction. Click here for more information on leaving a legacy that will positively impact kid's lives here in the Treasure Valley.

When the complex is complete, the Boise Noon Optimist Club can add 60 teams, 1320 players, and 300 cheerleaders to the club's outstanding, nationally recognized football program. The complex will include room for 7 fields, another catch-and-release pond, 2 tennis courts, 2 covered patio areas, and a playground.

Concession Sales during Optimist Youth Football Season
. Every Saturday during the youth football season, you'll find club members out at "the Fields" selling concessions to hungry players and their fans. This is our largest club money-maker and requires many volunteers each Saturday.

$$ $5 Discount Cards.  Our key fundraiser for the Optimist Youth Football and Cheer programs happens every Fall, when our participants sell $5 local business discount cards. Teams earn prizes and everybody Wins! Contact Kathy Arbaugh for details.

$$ Annual Holiday Dinner and Auction.  Each year, the generous members of the Boise Noon Optimist Club hold a dinner and auction to benefit needy families and children during the holiday season.  Thank you to our members and to local Boise businesses who contribute their time and auction items.

$$ Albertson's Boise Open -- Parkin' Cars.  The BNOC, along with several other youth-oriented clubs/groups, parked cars for the Boise Open. This is an easy and enjoyable fundraiser for clubs in our community. Can you say "running around in golf carts?" Come join the fun in 2007! Contact Maggie Williams for more information about this fundraiser.

Program Distribution and Sales at BSU Football and Basketball Games.
We distribute free programs at all BSU home football and basketball games. We're sure you've seen us there yelling "programs, get your free program!"  In 2005, we sold programs for the NCAA Round 1 and 2 games played at the Taco Bell Arena. All program "sellers" got in free and watched some awesome basketball.
